SHIPPING

Once we got your order complete, according to your order, about 2-5 days to get your order ready.

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 7 to 15 business days, sometimes more due to some delays such as the COVID-19.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

For express shipping we use DHL, or Royale international for european countries.

Carrier can independently choose to transfer to other mailing services as UPS or EMS for shipping. 

Tracking number is given 48-72 hours after shipping day. 

TAXES

We do not charge tax when you check out, but your local customs officials will assess taxes.

Before allowing the item to enter your country. The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery.

You are responsible for all seizures, customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees, assessed at the border before delivery. 

 

RETURN

Please contact us before returning an item for an estimate of your return shipping charges.
